Good for You Country Greens

Ingredients1 large bunch of Florida greens (collards, mustard or kale), cut and washed3 cups vegetable broth2 medium Florida onions, chopped3 whole garlic cloves, crushed1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1 table spoons pepper sauce1 teaspoon pepperPreparation

  1. Wash and cut greens.
  2. In a large pot, mix greens in large pot together with the remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.

Yield6 to 8 Servings
