Ingredients1 large bunch of Florida greens (collards, mustard or kale), cut and washed3 cups vegetable broth2 medium Florida onions, chopped3 whole garlic cloves, crushed1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1 table spoons pepper sauce1 teaspoon pepperPreparation
- Wash and cut greens.
- In a large pot, mix greens in large pot together with the remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.
