Ingredients12 Florida grape tomatoes, sliced in half1 large Florida yellow bell pepper4 ounces mozzarella cheese6 Florida watermelon pieces, about an inch3 lettuce leavesPreparation

  1. Slice pepper into 6 pieces, removing seeds. Slice tomatoes into halves.
  2. Place lettuce on three plates and evenly divide remaining ingredients on the plates. Serve chilled.
