Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients1 1/2 pounds chicken, skin removed1/2 package dry Italian seasoning2 cups Florida onions, chopped2 cups Florida mushrooms, sliced8 ounces soft cream cheese1 10-ounce can fat-free cream of mushroom soupPreparation

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 3 pieces each and put in crock pot.
  2. Add seasoning and onions and cook on low heat for about 4 hours.
  3. Add mushrooms, cream cheese and soup; cook another 2 hours. Serve with pasta or rice.

Yield4 servings
