East Pass Shrimp Salad

Ingredients1 pound Florida shrimp, cooked and peeled5 cups Florida romaine lettuce hearts, chopped1 cup Florida red bell pepper, finely chopped1 cup Florida green bell pepper, finely chopped1/2 cup red onion, choppedDressing1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup Florida lime juice2 teaspoons minced garlicPreparation

  1. Combine shrimp, lettuce, bell peppers and onion in large mixing bowl; toss and set aside. In a small bowl combine oil, lime juice and garlic and mix vigorously.
  2. Add dressing to salad according to taste and toss to coat all ingredients.
