Blueberries and Honey Sherbet


2 cups Florida blueberries, washed and drained
1 cup lime sherbet
3 tablespoons Florida honey*
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar


  1. Cut blueberries in half if serving to toddlers.
  2. Combine honey and vinegar.
  3. Divide berries and sherbet into 4 bowls. Pour honey mixture over berries and sherbet. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for later.

*Honey should never be served to children under 1 year old.Yield4 servings
