|1/2||package dry Italian seasoning|
|2||cups chopped onions|
|2||cups sliced Florida carrots|
|2||cups sliced Florida mushrooms|
|8||ounces low-fat soft cream cheese|
|1||10-ounce can low-fat cream of mushroom soup|
- Cut chicken breasts into large pieces and put in crock pot.
- Add seasoning, onions, carrots and mushrooms; cook on low heat for about six hours.
- Add cream cheese and soup; cook until heated thoroughly, about 15 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
