Crock Pot Chicken


1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1/2 package dry Italian seasoning
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups sliced Florida carrots
2 cups sliced Florida mushrooms
8 ounces low-fat soft cream cheese
1 10-ounce can low-fat cream of mushroom soup


  1. Cut chicken breasts into large pieces and put in crock pot.
  2. Add seasoning, onions, carrots and mushrooms; cook on low heat for about six hours.
  3. Add cream cheese and soup; cook until heated thoroughly, about 15 minutes. Serve with pasta or rice.
