|2||Florida mangoes, peeled and chopped|
|2||Florida avocados, peeled and diced|
|3/4||cup chopped green onions|
|1||Florida red bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|1||Florida jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced|
|2||tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro|
|3||tablespoons fresh lime juice|
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Serve chilled.
( Use extra mangoes or avocados from this recipe to make food for your baby while you are make a family snack.
- Peel and remove the seeds of 1 ripe Florida Mango.
- Mash mango until smooth
Add plain/vanilla yogurt or apple/pear juice until mango puree is at the proper consistency for your infant
- Peel and take out the pit of a ripe Florida avocado – do not cook
- Cut “meat” out and mash with a fork
