|3||cups bow tie pasta|
|3||cups shredded Florida red cabbage|
|2||cups Florida green beans, cooked cut into 1/2″ pieces|
|2||medium Florida carrots, shredded|
|1||1/2 cups low-fat ranch dressing|
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Boil and blanch green beans and cut into 1/2″ pieces. Rinse with cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix dressing. Chill before serving.
