Bow Tie Pasta Salad


3 cups bow tie pasta
3 cups shredded Florida red cabbage
2 cups Florida green beans, cooked cut into 1/2″ pieces
2 medium Florida carrots, shredded
1 1/2 cups low-fat ranch dressing


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Boil and blanch green beans and cut into 1/2″ pieces. Rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix dressing. Chill before serving.
